Hi VJ can any one tell me if there is a special port of entry to enter the US on a immigrant visa . My son Is been granted an immigrant visa however the person that is taking him will be going to Pittsburg but the flight will be be stoping at Miami and connecting to a flight to pittsbugh is that a problem given the fact that is destination will be New York

Hi my cases have been completed at the nvc March 12 and I am here waiting for interviews I would like to join the thread

It happened to us and and the petitioner called the nvc customer service and the lady update the form with the correct information

Here is my story my children petitions have been approved and sent to NvC and we received case numbers etc . My husband choose the agent and that agent is him however he didn't wait on the approval from NVC and he paid the Aos immediately after choosing the agent .. Since then Aos is showing that the money has been paid but we are unable to pay the Iv fee . Has any one experience any thing like what we are experiencing ? and what can we do ?

my husband is a usc and in March he filed petitions for my children .the petitions are now approved and sent to nvc .can some explain what will happen at nvc and an estimate of time of how long will for my children visa process to be finalized

Okay .. How do you go about asking them to expidite EAD

I heard other VJ members with similar issues like yours a guess Uscis is not updating the system . The good thing is that your Ead isappoved . When is your NOA 1 date mine dated the 25th of March and still i haven't received EAD approval.

Am approaching 80 days now and still nothing is happening .its really frustrating am asking you guys as soon as you received an update please pass on the information it would be nice hearing that one or two of us has been approved it would give the rest of us a little hope ,

Don't you think it's time for you to call Uscis and do a service check on the EAD 80 days seems long .

Let's just hope that we get some positive update soon . Can we inform each other of any updates that one might received

Ok my noa1 dated the 25 of March and I did my biometric test on the 27 of April. The last time I checked my receipt for I 485 it stated that as of May 12 your case is in line to schedule for an interview. With the EAD card I was told that after 75 days persons can sent in a service request .is that so ?and how can I go about that?

My noa date is the 25th of March am here still waiting on EAD card check status and nothing has changed . Therefore the waiting continues .

Sometimes it take awhile for Uscis to acknowledge receipt of your package my noa took almost two weeks after my package was delivered to them
