The case status will update and say that the interview has been scheduled, but it will not tell you the date. You will receive a notice letter shortly after stating the date and place of interview.
My status has been 'finger print fee received' since Dec. 24 2014, although I did my biometrics back in Jan 20th..

Being waiting for the Detroit office to schedule AOS interview, I've been checking the online status everyday.
Anyone in Michigan applied around December 2014? What's your status? The USCIS website shows they are still processing cases from June....
For those who already scheduled an interview, does the online status change before you receive the notice in the mail?

Thank you guys for answering!

I called USCIS, the agent said both I130 and I485 are in normal process time range, so he didn't transfer me to a tier 2 person..
Anyone has a long waiting time for update after biometrics?
-
Thanks for your reply a1000elephants, I did the Biometrics on Jan 20 2015, and received EAD/AP in Feb 2015. But the I130 and I485 online status weren't changed since Dec 2014.
I 485 status will changes into 'ready to schedule an interview' not long after biometrics, but mine hasn't change since Jan 20th(biometrics date).
Can I do info pass at this point?
-
No, I haven't receive an interview letter.....
Should I make an infopass to find out? Should I be worried or it is normal?
-
definitely not approved, I got my fingerprint token on Jan 20th, EAD card in Feb 2015, but has no update on I130 and I485 since December. The online status didn't change to 'ready for schedule for an interview' as other cases.
Now I'm wondering why it takes more than 3 months to update the I130 and I485 status.

My I130 online status show "On December **, 2014, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number MSC159*********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by January 7, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." for almost four months by now,
is it normal? should I make a info pass appointment?
My I485 show "On December **, 2014, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC159*******. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." since December too...
Any one has similar situations?

How many days do you usually have between get the I130 and I485(family based) interview notice and the actual interview date?
Do you get interview notice online first or receive the interview appointment letter in mail first

My AOS is from F1 visa, I don't think I will receive a notice of potential interview waiver..
