I had my interview in 3'rd wk May and passed the test and rec'd the letter that stated recommennded for approval. However, last week i rec'd a letter informing me to visit the USCIS office with a specific officer to complete N-400 form and to bring just CA driver license. Has anybody gone through this? Your help is apprecited.

Thank you KTAM and Pyakurelk. I am still waiting for my Oath email/letter confirmation.....thought it would arrive in 1 week but still no sign of it as its reaching 2 weeks since my interview.

Thank you appreciate it....I finished my interview on 18'th and passed but still I haven't rec'd any letter or email from them about oath...so I was just curious....how long did it take you to get the Oath emai/letter after passing the interview?

The interview went very smooth, IO was very nice.....

Following are the 6 questions that were asked

1. When was the declaration of independence adopted?

2. When does we vote for president?

3. We elect President for how many years?

4. Who is the speaker of the house?

5. Name one longest river?

6. What do we call the first 10 amendments?

Then IO asked me to read a sentence and write the answer the way they wanted it. IO then went through the application, asked about my company when i got my GC.....no docs were requested other than my Passport, GC and DL......handed me an Approval letter and mentioned that i will be getting the Oath notice in the next 15 days...one more step closure to this long journey!

I pulled my driving record from DMV...I had 1 speeding ticket in 2014 for less than $100 which was paid...the record shows as conviction, is this going to be a problem in my interview?

When are we supposed to register for Selective Service?
