Hello to Everyone, My PD is current as of now and today I got mail from NVC that your case has been completed with NVC, now they will inform me when they schedule an interview. Does anyone know how long it will take for scheduling an interview.?

Its not true, My relative in India got PCC from passport office without interview letter. Hire a local travel agent and he will do it for small fee.

But u can get it without interview letter.

So basically u can put a request letter to US Immigrant officer that pcc will be available at interview time because Indian Pcc is not issue until interview letter..

and start ur proceess to get pcc it takes almost 2 months.

it could be but I'm not agree totally regarding the RFE,it's depend on your PD.one of my friend his case completed within 30days with RFE then shudule interview on 15 july.so if your pd is not close they will be took more time for review with RFE just my experience.

That's an old post that was posted like 15days ago or more. Now if you call that number and tell the CR that you can't access DS260 she will just tell you to wait even if you tell her that you waited 10days she will just tell you to wait 10 more ...

It looks like that the CEAC problem at least from overseas consulates is starting to be fixed. Consulates are able now to process visas. May be soon it will be the same for NVC. I am guessing that they are having all their efforts on the consulates because it is more sensitive than NVC?

How do u know that CEAC problem solve in consulates.?

Hey I also got IV invoice today. And i already sent money order via mail..

After paying the AOS fees, we submitted our AOS / IV documents via mail and NVC scan date was on May 18,2015.

I paid on 25th of may. mine was same. I got payment letter on 1st of may and still it is not invoice and for IV fee it says 0.

But I saw Ajaz wrote that after 3 days the status was paid!! and i think it is not right since NVC said it might take 20 days for them to process payment and change the status to paid.

I also sent my all applications the same day . hope it does not cause check list .

Hey there are 2 different fees u have to pay to NVC first is Affidivate of Support fee which is $120. and second is Application process IV fee which is I think $325. So i paid first one and second one is not invoiced yet for me so I am also waiting for invoice so I can pay that fees.

I have a quick question. Did everyone who has already completed the DS-261 review it with NVC by phone?

If so, what is the purpose of this step? is it just to verify that the information went through correctly?

I honestly dont feel like spending time contacting NVC if I don't absolutely need to. And since I printed the DS-261 confirmation, it looks ok to me.

Once you completed DS-260 they will review within 2 weeks or so, and than they will open another fees for you which is Visa application and after u pay that they will open DS-260 for u. If u want to do your process early call them and review by phone.

How recent have to be the police verification?

The Police Verification issue date has to be within 6 months from the Interview date.
