  1. When you interview for your visa, it looks like you have picked right college.

As soon as you get the States, you change in institution, it is not good in USCIS perspective.

It is not only that, but it also takes sometime (at least a month), if you miss one semester, you will find it not pleasant.

IMHO, go to your original college for at least one semester and change college a few month in advance.

    Good luck.

This has shed more light. Thanks a lot Nancy. I will take my time, to wait for the right school.

  2. Hi,

    2. Yes it can be a problem. One of these two passports was obtained using a document with a false birthdate. It may show that you are willing to use documents with false information. This may put your credibility on the line. If you are willing to obtain a passport with false information, then are you likely to obtain a student visa with documents containing false information.

    3. Will not matter as long as you can show the money is yours.

    4. The amount will be up to the CO at your interview. You must have enough to cover the I-20 requirements.

How do you mean show that the money is yours? Does it have a thing to do with how long the money has been in your account. In a case where your sponsor is willing to transfer the money into your account.

What advise do you have in this case?
