My EAD approved today but AP is still " CASE RECIVED " . Is there anything wrong ? I'm worry

Their not really quick with updating you should be fine I received an email for the ead approval last friday and the next day on satutday I recived the ap approval. I received them both yesterday and although on the website it said it wasn't approved until the next day Saturday, on the i797 it said it all was approved on friday. No worrys

EAD/AP approved today after 65 days. I never received a text or email even though I am signed up.

We received the ead/AP card yesterday morning and last night I received yet another ead approval email lol I think I've received 6 emails from them about the EAD lol no texts tho

Looks like they are approving most of July filers, my husbands EAD was approved this morning!!! Congrats to all!! Except I received two emails for the EAD, but I haven't heard anything on the AP??? I read they are both in the same card right?

As long as you write your alien number in black ink you should be fine you don't have to reprint the whole thing.

I just went through that process, the medical assistant said that they would be able to provide me with a copy of the final medical form. But at the end she had sealed the envelope and had not provided a copy to me so I mentioned it to her. She was nice enough to open it up give me a copy and seal it back up. Maybe if you go back to the medical office where you had it done and ask them to let you open it up write the A# and seal it back up they should be able to reseal it for you. Good Luck

My husband attended his Bio appointment yesterday. There were plenty of people in our CO office, it took about 45min until he was called up but as soon as he was it took no longer than 5 min until we were out the door. Now time to wait ...... Good Luck to all those attending Bio's

Just got my Husbands Biometrics appointment in the mail yesterday!! The date is for the 08/05/2015, I'm thinking were going to attempt to do a walk-in this upcoming week, wish us luck!!

Hello!!! I have also filed for AOS, EAD, and AP for the month of July. Good luck to all of those filing! One question for all those who have received their noa1 and their biometrics appointment letter, do they arrive at the same time or separate?

I received my NOA2 on March 30, it was dated for March 25 though. I called last week on Thursday April 16 and they said it was there but that it wasn't imputed in the system yet, so I called the next day Friday April 17 and I received my case #! It took about 20-21 days. I also called almost every two days starting on the 2week mark, it also helps to call I have also been looking at other timelines to somewhat estimate the time it will take to be transferred to the Ciudad Juarez Consulate and I've seen that some cases take a week and the most 15 days for k1 visas. I'm hoping mine is mailed out this week. Good luck

well i am still hoping that they have our the case# by next week... i want to finish this k-1 process so i can move on to wedding preps. hahhaha i still haven't started with the dress yet as i don't know when the wedding will be (although we have a target date) and am not sure if i will be gaining/losing some weight before then (yes i am stress eating right now haha!). goodluck to us. i'll let you guys know for any updates i have cheers!

thespoons do you have your case # yet? When I called in on Friday I was given our case #!!!! Which means we can move on to the next step right? Well as soon as Jorge gets his passaport which he is actually doing so right now!! We are able to fill out the DS-160 right? or do we have to wait for the NVC letter to get here?......... OMG I hear ya!! plus Ive came down with the cold so I cant workout lol I need to loose some weight so we def have to start on our diet soon thesoons the process is hopefully going to move way faster now I'm hoping and we need to fit into our dresses!

Jorge&Sindy - would you mind please posting when you receive the NVC welcome letter? I am trying to keep an eye out for when I should get mine transferred and am hoping that mine makes it in a recent batch or how ever they do it. Maybe our cases were shipped in the same batch???

Same here thespoons!! I called the day before yesterday and nothing but i called yesterday and drum roll please!!! She said that my case was there except it wasn't in the system yet to wait about four weeks from the approval date. Next week would be the fourth week! The young lady was much more informative than the others I've spoken to. I'm guessing because I've always called in the mornings and yesterday I called around 6 pm! hope to get an update from you thespoons!

With lots of research and effort put on your case you should be fine doing it by yourself, Jorge tries to help but he leaves it in my hands since I love learning about the k1 AOS... It is not the easiest thing to do but I myself have been doing lots of research and of course this community is awesome there are many willing to help! So this site is like your agency but for free and way way better!! I did the application myself and I didnt get RFE it is odd that they would request that from you its better to do it your self that way you are the first to be notified of anything weather if its by email, mail, or text you are definitely not going to be the last to know. It certainly speeds up the process for yourself, and I'm sure that's exactly what you want!! lol psht if you would of asked me a couple months back what a k1 was I probably would of answered Kellogs?? hahaha Good luck guys

Thank you so much guys it's a bit clearer of where to go from here. Jorge is getting his passport this upcoming week along with the police certificate, so that when we are able to get our NVC case number we can seed up the process...... well our side of it lol

OK I see I tracked my petition through the USCIS never received emails such as the NOA1 and NOA2 I just relieved them in my mail box.I haven't been able to get the case number since it hasn't arrived the NVC, But I'm sure that once it does I will be able to track it and sign up for email notifications? So does that mean that so called "packet 4" is just receiving your interview letter? Does the interview letter contain the date of the interview? I thought you would be able to set it up yourself? I wanted/ planing to schedule the medical 2 days before the actual interview, since we both want to attend the interview.

I have been reading many post, and do correct me if I am wrong, but many dealing with the k1 visa are getting electronic notifications of the status of their visa, and they are receiving them way before they get the notification in the mail. How would I go about doing so for my visa? I sent the form G-1145 for notification when USCIS received my I-129 petition if that helps.

I received my NOA2 in the mail March 30th it says it was approved on March 25th. I have called as of Monday April 6th to the National Visa Center to see if they have received my case # but unfortunatly they have'nt. I want to speed up the process by being prepared what comes after this? What exactly is packet 3? Is it just he Ds-160 form and the payment for that?(I know I need the case number to fill it out) The affilidate of support application Form I-134 and the payment for the visa? what else? What does packet 4 contain as well, is it just the list of things to take to the interview?
