hi i just want to ask if someone know any company that can sponsor h2b visa??

Is it required to bring NBI clearance upon entry in the US?? Will the immigration officer look for it?

Here is the status of my visa, will I receive my passport tomorrow?

Ustravel docs :

"Passport has been received from the consular section, and its currently being processed for delivery"

Email reply :

" the current status of your passport is in transit from post"

That's cool, only 7 business days. Congrats! My fiancee's was issued on a Wednesday as well, then we picked the visa up at moa 2 days later.

Yes, she got her text and picked up her package at the 2GO office in Butuan earlier today

I had my interview last march23, the CO said that I was approved

March 23 : visa approved

March 24&25 : issued

March 26 : administrative process

March 27 : issued again

Now I feel totally stupid! My fiancée's visa was approved at the interview yesterday. Today, I got worried when the status showed "administrative processing," which is why I posted this thread. But after only a couple of hours in AP status, the ceac website changed and it is now "issued." Well, I guess that answers my question.

Did your fiancee already get her visa/passport??

Yes I went through this! I was in AP for 12 DAYS! I thought my world was crashing down on me and that I was going to be waiting months lol. There's two types of AP, one is simply processing the visa. You've been approved, they need to do something from the point of approval to the point of having the physical visa in your hand. That's what it means. The computers are working away and they'll be printing off your visa in no time.

My interview date was last march23, and the conful officer told me that my visa is approved while checking my status on CEAC it shows issued then change to AP.

March 23 : interview date

March 23-25 : issued

March 26 : administrative process

Is this normal? Is anyone here has the same status??

my ceac status changed to "administrative approval" from "issued" the consul office already approved my visa during interview
