your mom should file for your brother when she comes here, you should file as soon as possible

 

so she can in turn file for your brother and get the GC before he turns 21, it will be really close or maybe not good enough.

Hi everyone, i was preparing all documents needed in filing petition for my mother, i was wondering if i could include my brother who is 18 years old in the petition? is he considered as beneficiary derivatives?

Im in the same situation, just got here in sanfo last year and now im pregnant, my mom's interview was yesterday, everything went smoothly the consul ask her about her job and how did i get here and how long she will stay, and then the consul said her travel is approved, we never expect that much because my mom just own a mini grocery store in our province, but thank god she got her visa
