    NVC CR1 phone "try again later"

    Received NOA2 approval 4 weeks ago. Trying to get a case # for the CR1:

    I have beening calling the NVC CR1 support line (603-334-0700) daily for

    the past 10 days. It ALWAYS goes to the automated "... due to large number of calls

    ... try again later ..." recording. I phoned hourly during their hours, not getting through.

    (when I tried the nonimmigrant line (603-334-0888), it gave a menu and warns that

    they will no be able to help with immigrant visa info)

    Is this normal?
