nope. mine says 7-5 for ead and AP, AOS still as of 5-18
Mine is exactly the same.
-
Nothing yet either. I have fingerprint fee received date as of May 14th. Just EAD and AP was updated on July 5th but 1-485 still the same. Anyone know what the update says on July 5th for EAD and AP? I can't find any info on it.
There's no added verbiage, the only thing that changed is the 'last updated' column on the main page
RECEIPT NUMBER LAST UPDATED (MM/DD/YYYY) FORM E-MAIL ALERT MOBILE ALERT xx 05/18/2015 I-485 Y Y xx 07/05/2015 I-131 Y Y xx 07/05/2015 I-130 Y Y xx 07/05/2015 I-765 Y Y -
My case updated today!Ready to be scheduled for an interview. Does anyone know how long after this update än interview will actually be scheduled?
Congrats, great news!
I just looked at some case numbers, and it appears that a lot of people with an I-485 "fingerprint fee received date" of 05/14 have received the 'ready to be scheduled for an interview' notice. These are probably the people that did not get an RFE :-)
-
I logged in today and saw that my "Last Updated" says 07/04/15 but there isn't a new message. It still says "Case received". Does this mean someone touched my case?
Same here. My I-131, I-130 & I-765 have all been updated on 07/05. The I-485 is still unchanged at 05/18. Not sure what this means, I've sort of lost my confidence in the online tracking site.

Just call them and see if the person on the phone can tell you. Tier 1 people are generally useless, but they might be able to tell you that much at least. If not, I'm sure a Tier 2 person could answer that question.
Keep us posted on your experience; it looks like some of us are in the same boat!

Seems like nobody gets any updates recently, probably uscis hasn't update the site since first days of June. What was wrong with your I-864 that you got an RFE?
According to the letter I didn't provide sufficient evidence for meeting the 125%. Three years of tax transcripts and one paystub was not sufficient evidence.
They asked for a full 2014 tax return and job letter. I also included the 6 months of paystubs to be safe.

Has anyone received an RFE and didn't see any updates on the USCIS website? My case status has not been updated since 05/18 when my case was received.
btw - I (also) received an RFE regarding the I-864 (I send a letter of employment, full tax return and 6-months of pay stubs as additional evidence).
-
I received the same letter on Friday. Looks like I failed to add my wife's full federal tax return.
Just to be safe, would a W-2 and 1040 for 2014 qualify as the 'full 2014 federal tax return' they asking for?
Thanks,
Kasper

this is how I made my cover letter for AOS...
http://k1visaguide101.blogspot.com/2013/08/sample-cover-letter-for-form-i-485.html
Very thorough cover letter, I'll be updating mine similar to yours. Thanks for sharing!

Got it, thanks for clarifying!
-
Thanks. I'll add additional wedding evidence for sure.
Can you clarify what you mean with the NOT from the K1?
-
WAIT...
If you came on a K1, then you do not need the I-130 unless you married outside the 90 day window.
I actually am on an L-1 currently.

Hello,
I'm about to submit my AOS, and all supporting documentation. It feels like I'm providing a lot of copies, is there any redundancy in the below? Or is there anything pertinent that I'm missing?
Thanks in advance.
Kasper

Hello everyone,
I am starting the process to adjust from an L1-a and in the process of completing the first batch of paperwork. After doing some research in the forum on the I-130, I still had a few questions:
- Box 10 (beneficiary)– Alien registration number, where would I find this? I have a SSN. I couldn’t find the appropriate number on my current I-797A or visa either.
- Box 14 (beneficiary) – I can provide the I-94 number from my I-797A, do I provide the last time that I entered the US as the arrival date?
- Box 14 (petitioner) – my wife is a US citizen, does she need to complete “date and place of admission for an adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission”, or can this be left blank?
- In general, if any fields are non-applicable, can I leave them blank or is ‘N/A’ more suitable?
Thanks in advance!

EAD & AP were both approved on Friday.
Status for my I-485 remains unchanged online.
