Case complete September 2, 2015 and get email on Sep 10 ,2015 ,any idea how long it will take to schedule interview for me?!

So how long it took?

Interview done on 2nd but now another wait for receiving the pp and docs from the embassy thro the nearest bank. It's been a week already for us. Any suggestions?

Interview letter shld be sent by nvc. As email.

Folks, how the interview date gets picked? Does the nvc sent all docs to embassy and then according to slots available embassy tells nvc dates which are assigned to each cases? Pls comment Based on what you know. Thanks.

is so hard to explain... they have a shipper's reference which is in this format EXP 20 APR 2015A so all the packages sent on that day will be shown, if there are no packages then nothing will show up. if you want to check on today's will be EXP 23 APR 2015A and so on and so on but If they sent something today it will not show up until tomorrow.

My priority dates was fab. 24, 2014. But I think this date does not mean anything in this process. it does not help or give you any advantage in any way.

U guys are Probably correct but I was providing more info and i got punished. So one thing in my mind - what role the priority date, current date and interview date play. Are ppl getting interview prior to their priority date becoming current? Or after.

I provided 2011 to 2013 returns and 2014 w2 but they check listed me for 2014 return. I end up having a new scan date

Thanks for the reply. It's 2015 not 2014, sorry for the confusion. Yeah its weird coz they made me pay aos fee then sent financial docs ( I sent civil alongwith) then review them in 45days timeframe then only pay iv fee and ask for ds-260 after iv fee is paid. They also ask my 1040 for 2014 since I sent w2 only coz tax filing wasn't due then. Now it's lingering somewhere in hyperbola.

Let me try to answer your question so it doesn't go unanswered. Your scan date is only one when they received both AOS and IV documents. That's when the previously 60 days but now 45 days starts. There is no timeline review of the DS-260 or fees towards case complete although we all know they must check these when reviewing the both packages. I have seen in this forum people get their IV and DS-260 completed a few days before they get their case completes.

Is your scan date 3/2/14 or 3/2/15?
