I'm in a situation (I130) try to figure out how to deal with the situation that my parents both migrated to Vietnam ( around 1955) from China in their teen.
They don't have birth certificate, they got Vietnam passport, marriage certificate etc.
Any suggestion how to deal with such situation or know someone about their experienced such case.
