We were given a 221g misrepresentation and fraudulent slip after our first interview.  It was then returned back to USCIS for possible revocation. USCIS usually just let the returned K1 cases collect dust and expired on it's own. They rarely reopen the case. Don't get discouraged if you fail your interview. The next best step to do is just withdraw your old petition and start all over again and refile a new k1 petition for the same beneficiary. That's what I did for my fiancé. He passed the interview the 2nd time we refiled. He's now in the USA. He arrived last weekend. ?

Our first case was denied and sent back to USCIS. We waited 8 month to build more relationship evidence and the we canceled our old case and refiled a new petition. We basically started all over again. I put in the petition in February 2016 and he got interview January 2017. The first time I put in the petition was February 2015 and they interviewed us May 2015. It took us longer the 2nd time for an interview because our case was in national security check clearance. Hope this answer your question. Let me know if you have anymore question.
