no doesnt afffected ur papers if u are pregnant all u have to do after giving birth of ur baby go to ur near u.s embassy to registered a baby bringing some documents proving that ur hubby is a father of a child

my hubby recieved our AOS/DS 3230 from NVC

my question is-it is ok if he send first the payment of AOS bill $70

then after that i will send DS 3230 on the followings days.?

just wait mine is 3 weeks before my case is assigned

sad to hear about ur case mrs minez,just keep praying and everythings will be ok.i hope u get ur visa soon.i know how you feel especially if ur husband deploying in iraq.im am a wife of military also and theres a rumor they will deploy them back again maybe late this year.so it makes me so sad about this coz will still on processing with our paper too ....and all we have do about is pray and be patience

i check my e-mail this morning , i recieve a notice that our case is approve last march 21 and it say they will mail our notice not more than 14 days.im so happy ,,i want to yell

how could we know if our paper is touch by the uscis

i checked a uscis then its say s our petition will process 990 to 999 days it is really true ?my priority dates is nov 15 from nebraska center.but its seem nebraska stop processing for 1-130 petition for spouse.what happen to our papers are they forward these to other uscis

The receipt number is on the NOA1 and it remains connected with your petition. The same receipt number will also appear on the NOA2. Im not sure on the importance of the having a hard copy of the NOA1 but you will need the NOA2 for interview. When your petition is approved and goes to NVC you are assigned an NVC case number. The original CIS (NOA) receipt number is still attached to your petition as well.

its seem like nebraska center stop processing the 1-130 petition.so what happen to our papers now.?i checked the timeline and 1 1-30 petition for spouse is not there.are they forward our papers on other uscis center?

Hubby doesn't have online banking and when he gets his bank statments he only gets a copy of the front of the cheque (sorry check)!

Guess we will have to wait it out.
