Cancelling cant be that difficult, can it? Especially when doing so would allow us to (most likely) have our application go through CSC which gets NOA1->NOA2 done in a tenth of the time vs TSC.

Hi, first time posting on VJ and I have a question myself and my fiancee are wondering:

I'm currently in Vancouver, and she's currently in Dallas but is interviewing for positions in Seattle. The TSC (for Texan applicants) wait times are 200+ days between NOA1 and NOA2, while the CSC (for Washington applicants) wait times look to be less than a month. If we send in our K1 now and have it go to TSC, can we cancel it and reapply if she ends up moving to Seattle within that timeframe so that we can have our application go through the CSC which is considerably faster? Are there any negative effects to us doing this?
