On march 13th I had my visa appointment and got "approved" but, when officer was accepting the visa he told me " he couldn't approve it to me right now because of administration issues" That i should get an answer in no more than two or three days. I already had a visa, I just lost it and it was a reposition, Im traveling in 20 days.
I haven't had any response or contact from the embassy, but my status updated case was on 19 March 2015.
How long would it take?
Will it be faster since is a non inmigrant visa?
Where can I check if it was already processed?
Im from Mexico.

Called state of department today to get an update about my visa, representative told me "YOU ARE IN FINAL REVIEW".
What does that exactly mean?
