I'm trying and would like to have my friend in the Philippines send me 10 to 15 cartons of cigarettes to me here in the usa. There seems to be some problems in this, that may be prohibited to do so, as she tells me over there...... as I understand. they are so much cheaper over there, is why I am asking...how can I accomplish this shipping from there, and is there any way around it, I mean, well, any info and ideas would be much appreciated, thanks!!
