we sent in the booking and we haven't received any communication from them yet.we sent the form and attached the documents needed i hope they give us 17th but even a week is still fine have seen here of people doing there medical even 3 days to interview and everything was fine.We will have to call tomorrow to get the feedback.

did you find what they mean by case size?

let us know how it goes....We want to do medical on 17th of october all the best and keep us updated....We are more than thrilled that this is almost over its been a really long journey God willing no more delays.

When is your medical?

A quick one here i hope there is someone who has been through this...My friend is gay and HIv positive he has his interview on June 2rd and he is yet to go for his medical in Nairobi come next week.The question is he is freaking out they might deny him the visa because of his status.he has done a pre - medical to just be sure nothing else is wrong with him and apart from his hiv status he is ok.He knows its no longer basis for denial but he really want to know from anyone who knows /has heard of anyone who has been through this to enlighten him on the questions he will be asked on his interview and also what he need to carry for the interview just to ease his mind.Any help will be highly appreciated.

I have no clue so i cant help.

Finally checked our case online haven't checked for like 2 weeks and yes there it was CASE WAS APPROVED on 19th jan finally to NVC...and the N400 interview scheduled at least we wont be stuck in NVC coz we will update our case from permanent residency to citizen and it will go faster...Thanks God :joy:

Are we the only September filers without approvals from California? have been calling and nothing..They always say to wait....Am about to give up

this wait is too loud....Am happy for everyone at NVC already pray for us who haven't got there NOA 2 yet..almost hitting our 3rd month mark...Thought California was fast my priority date sep 14th....all the best everyone

Thank you @ frankjavir....i didn't know how to check have learnt something new today thanks to you...It just gets frustrating when you see approvals from dated past yours but i guess it happens...once more thanks will pray for smooth process for you too..

Any other sept filer who has not received there NOA2 yet? My priority date is Sept 14th California service center and still no NoA2....Ours is already past the 2months mark...Feeling sooooooooo inpatient

i have no idea....my priority date is 14th but received date is 12th Sep so i don't know how important how the priority date is....either way if they are doing the September petitions maybe we will all of us get our NOA1 by the end of the month god willing....

If you already got your NOA1 now its waiting game....Waiting period is 5 months at least that's what the uscis website reads for all service centers....Am also waiting my priority date is 14th Sep 2015 California service center.Be patient all is well...

Hi all September fillers,our thread has been so quite i guess its because everyone is still waiting for NOA 2....Its been a month plus so hopefully we will start seeing some progress....If anyone gets NOA 2 kindly update so that we can get some hope.... :clock: patience is not my strong hold but with God all is possible

Now that October is here its high time we start seeing some NOA2 for September filers....I hope am not pushing my luck but if the K1(fiancee) visa and CR1 have the same timeline i just saw like 3 cases for September that have already been approved from California...i hope this is a good sign....Ours is on the way.... :joy:

Checking on here i also noticed the same...We can never know what criteria the USCIS people normally use all we can do is pray and wait..

Don't loose faith gargy.sarker these service centers are unpredictable you might see California doing faster now then next month you find its the opposite...again all cases are different just have some faith and pray nothing holds up your case...
