Just wanted to thank all who responded to my post yesterday.I contacted USCIS today,and,they told me the same that everybody else said . I got the number for ICE,but,in all honesty,I dont want to go to that point. I just want this episode to end,and go on with my life.It's sad that love sometimes can be betrayed in such a way,but,as we all know,this isnt always a fair world. I wish her luck,and,I hope that if there is a next time for me,I will have better luck.Again,thank you all,and God bless.

Have gotten myself into a bit of a mess. My EX Fiance was approved for her Fiance visa back in April.Came here July 5th. Anyway,it turned out BAD X INFINITY. Turns out she used me to get here,and,in the process,was talking to another guy here in the US. Anyway,I threw her out when I found out. Now,she's in Dallas with this other guy,and,says she is going to sue me,because,of course,I signed the Affadavit of Support. Anybody know who I should call,or what course of action I should take? Any and AL advice will be GREATLY appreciated.

Just some questions: First,My Fiance and I live in New Jersey. Can she get a SSN before we are married? And,if so,will having the SSN help to get her Drivers License? She currently has a Drivers License from her home country of Romania. Also,how long will it take to get her SSN and consequently her drivers license? Thank you in advance for any and all replies.

My Baby has her interview tomorrow .Lets all pray she does well.Anyway,if she does get her visa,she wants to stay in Romania to finish taking her exams in June,then,come here.My question: I've never gone about buying a ticket from Romania to here.Mostly I've just bought tickets here,flown there.Can I buy her ticket from here? To fly from Romania to the US,or,I'm also wondering if maybe it might be cheaper for her to buy her tickets there? .Anyway,hoping all goes well tomorrow,I just want to be prepared when she gives me the news for the next step.Thanks to any and all in advance.

Well,My Fiance got her packet 3 a week ago.Since then,she's ALL OVER the walls stressed out. Anyway,my question: At what point after she completes all her exams,and going for all the documents,does she schedule for an interview? Does she have to take all her paperwork with her to the interview? OR,does she submit that first,then,wait for the Embassy to schedule her interview? By the way,not sure if it matters,but,she's in Romania. Thank to all in advance.

My Fiance just received packet 3 from NVC. I've gone over the forums before,but,i want to make sure.What do I/should I send to her to get this part of the precess moving along? I had read somewhere that somebody sent originals of all documents sent for the I-129f ,is that a good idea?Thank to any and all in advance.
