Should we print out call logs from viber and other networks or how does that work ؟

Q, 2 they need a copy with certified translation , you need to take all original duc .all original duc will be given back at the end of the interview.You need to make copys other wise they will charge you for the copy.

Q.1 I think they want copy of you neutralization certificate or copy of us .passport ,

We finally received my husbands AOS Interview notice for 10/21/15. I have read quite a few posts here, indicating that everyone's list of "Items to bring with you to the interview" is very different. Of course, our list is quite lengthy and seems to include the entire packet already filed on 4/6/15, in addition to the standard proof of relationship documentation. It really looks like they didn't even see the original packet ?!?!

There are two items listed that I am unclear about- 1. All documentation establishing your Lawful Permanent Resident Status. Does anyone know what they are asking for with this? Is it just the rest of the original packet we submitted on 4/6/15? 2. A certified copy of your marriage Document issued by the appropriate civil authority. Do I need to purchase another certified copy for the interview also?

I would REALLY appreciate any thoughts on this

Our case was sent to supervisor review in August 31,we got the interview October 3rd .I think we all go to supervisor review at some point in the nvc but i think they are doing great job keeping up. Every time I sent documents to them it took only 20 days or less to review it and the supervisor review only took A little less than 40days .

My wife interview is in November I was wondering how long until she get her passport back after can you please let us know how long does it take to get your passport back??

And can you please go more into details about the questions they asked and would they need pictures of the wedding and stuff like that?

It seem like a matter of luck or something! some people are just out of there in matter of weeks

I called last night and the lady said my case was sent for a supervisor review on August 31 and they have received my mail on September 10 and she advised me to check back on October 10th,I'm very nervous.

I sent back my checklist last and they received it on sep 14 when should I expect to get a case completes or an interview?

2012 really? Why what happened?

I started my process back in dicember of 2012 and i just got a case complete on 08/03. Now just patiently waiting for the interview. Ive waited this long, cant go crazy so close to the finishline.... Good Vibes!!!

It took them 20 days to review our case they received my documents on July 27 and sent me a check list by August 18, support and marriage certificate are missing even though I sent them, I started working on new copies . I called in yesterday to make sure that is all is missing "lost" and she told me that she can't update me on the case because someone is working on as i was calling???!!!

I need Help , can anyone help me understand if I do need to certify my marriage certificate before I send it to the NVC because my agent said it should be certified but we already submitted one that was certified but they did not except the translation as far as the agent , I have a copy that is being translated it right now but it's not certified I went to the NVC specific country requirements on this link here:

but I still don't understand if I needed to be certified or not

And what weird was in the letter they said my financial support was not meeting the minimum but over the phone The lady said the financial support is good but they do need the marriage certificate ,is in that weird?

Please I need help people, I just received the check list saying they need my marriage certificate, my original one was submitted with the petition a year ago the only other copy is with my wife back there. Can she just take it to the interview or do I have to make her send me a New certified marriage certificate. ??

So the nvc said they received my documents on July 27 does that mean hopefully by August 17 my case will be cc !? !!!

My agent is the one who told me that it happens alot , and he told me the best way to avoid it is to keep every thing a A secret until the interview is over with and the visa is in hand because even if someone just jealous could cause you problems in this very sensitive process.I would advise to inform your friends or family and everyone around you that the case has been closed and that you need to restart the petition all over again, that way you keep everyone off your case until everything is over with. And make it believable that your case is closed so no one would Keep trying to dig behind you .

You dont have to worry about anything if the FBI have any problem with yoyr husband the case would not have came this far that is one and 2: there is no way that is how the FBI works lol .

I believe its just scare tactics your family trying to pull of and 80% chance that someone from your family contacted the nvc regarding your case or even send email of Made up stuff about your husband to delay the case a bit more .it happens in arabian culture often .when amarican arab man or women marries some one from over seas and the family don't agree or don't like it they would do anything possible to stop it even if they have to send emails and letters to where eve your case is , sry to tell you that is why most likely your case at supervisor review , and the doc they will ask for i think it going to be something that dis proof whateve false info they received from who eve.

Nyala62 then why we are here if we still cant figure out time lines for any process that goes on in the nvc ? So i think the real reason im here is because i dont want to feel alone during wait time, and me personaly i think NVC are doing a great job try call , super early or super late and you will be able to get someone on the line.

I really don't see the point of all of this website as long as we are dealing with a dark matter that doesn't even have rules or any kind of stable bases that we can study the timeframe of one individual . Based on what I have read seen followed on this website there's no point of this website no one can tell you anything because the government work in mysterious way like God that you all praying for .

Hello , our case is one year old now ,,,, my priority date is July 24, 2014.

The NVC confirmed that they received my supporting documents on July 27, 2015 ! ??

Any one can help me of how much more ??hek we have to go through until they forward the case to the embassy in Jerusalem?

And how many days of torture until the end of all of this !

The The supervisor review will take another month or so but no more and you case will be back on track where they need 30 days to review papers before they set up an interview

I have almost the same scenario the NVC received my approved application on June 10 2015 and told me they will contact me within 30 days ,supposedly I did not get anything in the mail already got lost on the way. so I contacted them in the middle of February got my case number and then they told me it was up for a supervisor of and they told me to wait until the email me to submit the rest of the documents which was hell.because aberrantly the supervisor review took until the middle of a april . May 19 they asked for all the documents , and supposedly my agent sent out the documents on June 10 but I got the letter that they On July 27 received my documents and they're up for review and that it will take 30 days,

I have got my case number and my IIN number a week a go and I'm still unable to login!! I have called twice since and they told me that supervisor should look at it and I still have not received an email ether is that normal?

And what should i do ?

Is this normal?

And can i call the usa embassy here in palestin? And why did they say they will be in contact within 30 days?
