  1. My wife and I are living together, and we have already started the immigration process with a lawyer, but I am a full time student with a part time job, with my parents as cosponsors. My wife had her biometrics appointment about 2 months ago

My dilemma is that my college workload is getting very difficult and I am thinking about quitting my job to focus on my schooling. Will that affect her immigration?

    Thanks in advance

  2. Now, my fiance and I are getting married in August, and then she will go back to school to finish her last semester. She is a Mexican citizen residing in Matamoros. We think that a CR-1 would be the best way to go.

However, since the process will most likely still be going on when she does graduate, we were hoping she could visit me for a few months while that is processing using her border crossing card in conjunction with I-94.

    Will this be possible?

    TIA

  3. Hi, so I am a U.S. born citizen, but my fiance is a Mexican citizen. We met here in Austin in December of last year while she was visiting relatives. So, I proposed in February, hoping for a wedding in August. The only issue is, she has to go back to Mexico shortly after to finish her last semester of Med. School shortly after the wedding, and I have to leave to go back to school in Idaho. So, my question is this: is there any way for us to get married in August? If so, which is the fastest/cheapest?

    Thanks in advance.
