Thanks. ..calling NVC. The frustrating part is that CEAC showed the package was in transit and received by the embassy about two weeks ago, but embassy is saying they never got it and won't give any info on where it could be and if it may arrive in a week or more.

Husband's interview was today, but it was postponed because the embassy has not yet received his package. He was told he has to wait until it's received and then they will reschedule the interview. The original documents he brought were collected (marriage certificate, police certificate) but his case was placed to await the package sent by NVC.

I want to know is there anything we can do at this point? we have all the copies of all the documents can we send that to the embassy? or is there something special that comes in the package that NVC sends to the embassy?

seeking some advice, my husband's interview was today, but he was told it could not be conducted because the embassy never recvd his case. It was shipped to the wrong country. can I contact nvc to get the DHL tracking? any other advice? the consulate took his original documents and told him to wait for a call back to reschedule
