my question is at what stage case is declared as completed?

DS260 reviewed...Documents received and acknowledged by NVC as completed. after that we received another email that Case completed or directly get an IV letter.

Case completed is when you pay all the fees and the NVC review all your documents (civil documents, DS260 and financial documents). As soon as your case is completed, the NVC will send the email to notify that. The IV letter is another email.

When I called NVC this morning, they said they had no news for us. But I just received IL couple minutes ago. Yay!

Hi guys,

I just hang up the phone. The representative said they are scheduling the interview for next month. She suggests that we should call them from now to the next couple days.

Hi everyone, I called NVC yesterday and they confirmed that my husband case was completed. They said ours, pd Jan, be current soon. That is a good news!!!!!

Hi, my husband's pd is Jan 31st, we are still waiting for CC. It's been more than 30 days from the second scan date. I called NVC last Wed and the representative said he put a request to supervisor to look at my case. Hope it will be completed soon.

Yah, I think if you sent the documents 2 days ago at least it's on the half way already. Unfortunately tomorrow is Saturday the USPS won't update your status until Monday. So, wait until Mon and check again. I think your status will update soon. Good luck.

So do I. I submitted the AOS fee on Mar 3rd but it shown "IN PROCESS" almost 2 weeks. I called NVC yesterday. The representative said she would tell the supervisor to look at my case. And it just show PAID around 7pm today
