Hi There,

I have a month to file to remove a condition on my green card, my last name and first name have been swapped, i mean on my condition green card i have last name in place of first name and first name in place of last name actually it was a mistake from my side when i filed the application last time i filled in incorrectly now i would like to correct this information, do i need to send in separate form with I-751 ? can anyone please guide me, all help appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunetally,there is no way except filing another application(i-90) and it also takes another waiting (wasting) processing time.we are all unexperienced in this country so make a lot of mistakes.You had better change ur name before.I am in same situation .

I recieved NOA few months ago my name has been spelled wrongly, called the USCIS customer care for the correction and week later they sent me the notice saying get the infopass at the local office and change name in the system or you can wait until you get the interview call in near future to change at that time, then i decided i will change my name at the interview time but they approved my AOS yesterday witout any interview now i'm confused what to do with my name, even if i get the infopass now do you think it's going to work? i honestly believe i get my green card with error...help me please

I and my wife gathered all the information and it's all set to go to Immigration Office for the adjustment of staus of mine, but we having a issue of I864(sponsor) since there is no one to help us as a sponsor and my wife had not working for last one and half year she cant sponsor me..........now my question is she(wife) back to working and she makes enough money to sponsor me but she has this job since last 2 months only (it's a new job)...can we use my wife's pay checks for last two months as a sponsor???????i know this is hard i still wanted to know from someone who has gone through this difficulty...........need your suggestions.........all help will be appreciated...Thank you

Hi, Im on k1 visa which abt to expire in few days, since we both i and my wife(USC) not working it making our situation worse cannot file for AOS, im looking for some job which is not possible hunting unless i get my EAD which seems out of reach now presently, so my request to my brothers and sisters is can anyone help me find the job...any job does not matter....i tired in couple of gas stations they say i dont have expericence so i need to work for them for no money for some time which is not realistic...plz help me..all help will be appreciated...
