They give you a paper stating five(5)business days but k1 visas generally take a little longer to process so you could wait ten(10)business days so you don't spend too much going and coming.

Hello everyone! I'm new here. My fiance applied for a k1 visa for me, we got approved but I got a call back due to a past visa application made on my behalf at 15. We were asked to file a waiver for misrepresentation. We mailed the waiver to Phoenix lockbox March 13th 2015(i know, still fresh off the bus) from what I've read here the wait time is something else(preparing my mind towards that) but my fiance was told he would have to file 2 waivers due to the fact that the k1 is both an immigrant and non-immigrant visa. Did anyone else hear this? Or go through something like this? After the time in Phoenix lockbox what's next? Thank you all and I wish everyone victory in the process of reuniting with our loved ones.
