Hi i just wanted to know what are the required documents for attending a visa interview in Islamabad? please dont post the link to the islamabad embassy website, i checked that but i wanna know out of peoples experiences.

call them and tell them you need the NVC case number and Invoice ID number (IID number). they have to give it to you. then you go ceac.state.gov and you can check the stuff there

Ive submitted all my documents last month 09/14/2015 and today i get an email from NVC saying that there are several things missing:

-Applicants

----Birth certificate

----Passport Photo

-marriage certificate

also the person who helped me joint sponser my wife's W2 for 2014.

the weird thing is that the copy of the packets i have all of the documents in there so i dont know why they went missing. looks like someone forgot to

include them.

I have a quick question for you guys.

It states on the cover sheet that : "Place a legible copy of this form on top of each submission and mail to the address given below."

does this mean that for each of the missing documents listed above, i have to add this sheet to each one separately or do i have to add one page on top of all of them. could someone please clarify this for me?

hey guys i just wanted to know the list of documents needed to make both of the packets, its a CR1 visa for my wife, she resides in pakistan right now. Ive completed DS260 already, paid both of the fees. listed below are the documents i have, please let me know what i am missing, and one more thing, for the AOS, how much do i have to show on my taxes, for 2014 i am showing 125% of my income, or something like that, what about 2012 and 2013.

Civil Documents:

-Umair(me) & Aqsa's(wifey) Birth Certificates (my original her copy)

-Police Character Certificate

-Urdu marriage certificate along with one from NADRA translated in urdu and english

(anything else missing let me know please)

AOS documents:

-2014, 2013, 2012 Tax returns,

-electronic paystubs available upon request

-job letter (doesnt state income as im an independant contractor)

i waited almost a whole month until i was able to pay the fees, i think you should be more patient and it will be your turn. i checked everyday twice a day until i was able to log in. now the fees have been paid and the ds260 submitted, wifes civil docs gathered, and finishing my the aos process, wish me luck.

I think the first time I paid on my iPhone's safari lol I got an error message but I thought the fees went thru today I paid and they are still in process

I have a Mac I used google chrome I paid the fee again hopefully everything is good now

Hello guys im confused about something, on the NVC website it states that they dont accept personal checks to be used to pay the IV and AOS fee, yet when i called nvc they said i can use a personal check, so did my attorney, they said i can use a personal check, could someone tell me what is going on? im confused

I signed on to the ceac thing logged in with the iin# and nvc case number payed both fees online with my checking account. They went to in process then the next day they were rejected. I wonder why when the funds were available.

I attempted to pay the IV fees and aos fees, but both were rejected called nvc said it was from my bank and the funds were available. So I don't know why they said that. Ok so I print 6 months of paystubs and send it in the packets?

Yes I get pay stubs but everything is digital I just have to sign on my account

Hi guys I just wanted to know that I submitted the fees on Friday and Saturday when I checked they were rejected I paid by checking account where the funds were available. The other problem is a job letter I drive for uber and they class us as independent contractors.

Uber also cannot verify or guarantee income, since the amount of money you make is totally up to you and when you want to drive on the system.

yeah but 2 weeks come on lol, this is getting out of hand, ive been getting this message for 2 weeks. im so mad right now

for the past week and half ive been trying to sign in to pay my fees but its keep on telling me my invoice ID number and case number do not match! i have called the nvc 4 times and each time they tell me the info is correct and that i should try everyday. im getting really stressed out. could someone please let me know what is the problem and if anyone else is having the same issue?

Hi guys my petition was finally approved on April 9th, and the Nvc received it on April 24th, approx how much longer do I have until I have to submit the affidavit of support and typically how long does it take to get an interview date? My wife is in Pakistan

I submitted the form i130 on November 18th 2014 and got the reciept notice, I have a month and few days until it gets approved (fingers crossed) I'm a U.S. citizen, wife is in Pakistan, we are anxiously waiting for the process to be over. I just wanted to know how long after the approval will she get the visa? Hoping that the i130 is approved on April 18th, how long would she have the visa by?
