I know this is a silly question

if my husband's conditional residency expires July 27 2015

my window to file I-751 would be between April 27-June 27? or do I include the month of July as part of the 90 days window?

It is June 18 today and I plan to file it all tomorrow no later than Monday.

Please advice

I have questions about how the packet would look "physically" when sending

Do I staple stuff by kind or do I just lay one sheet on top of other in order by dates/type without stapling or paperclipping?

Can I use ONe single giant clip to hold the packet together before putting it in an envelope?

Did you guys label each sheet of everything with the A# on top?

Fees:

It says $505 and $85 for biometrics.

I am assuming the above is for TOTAL fees. Not for each ( him and I ) I am only petitioning my husband no kids or etc.

My husband's green card expires July 25 2015. Today is May 3. So I am assuming that I actually have 90 days between now and July 25 to file removal of conditions right? I only ask because we are waiting for one more document to arrive from our joint credit card company to submit it all.

I keep asking the same question when I re-read the requirements for filing I-751. I though I was supposed to file it the day that is exactly 90 days prior to expiration of green card , but I think it means I have "90 days window" to file as long as it is within those 90 days and its prior to the expiration of card, right?
