I would have preferred TN over H1B If I was citizen. Since I can not get TN at this time and I'm getting good opportunity to work in USA, I want to go for H1B.

I'm most concern about the fact that Visa Officer know that I'm a permanent resident of Canada and officer might not take my intentions to only work there and return back once I gain good experience. Is there any possibility where they flag me as a guy who just want to move to USA anyhow ? If so, Is it true that it can seriously jeopardize my TN visa in future ?

Yes, I've been offered a Job and it also 100% fits my skills and experience level.

Am I sending any negative signals to USCIS by applying for H1B at this time ?.

I can be eligible to work in US on TN visa when I become a citizen of Canada in future.

I'm a Canadian Permanent Resident working and living in Canada for last couple of years. I'm thinking to apply for H1B visa this year to work in USA for some time to gain some valuable experience. I came across a IT consultancy in NJ who is willing to sponsor my H1B Visa.

Will there be any problem in my TN visa when I will be Canadian Citizen in future if my H1B visa gets rejected for some reason this year ?
