I think CEAC has changed its style a bit. Instead of saying its in "AP", they say "Refused" from now onwards.

Should she upload the 2019 paystubs as well?

Hello Everybody,one of my friend needs help: 

Her NVC docs are ready to upload on CEAC, but she have not received 2019 W2 yet.She only has Paystubs for 2019. She is now confused between 2 options.

1. Should she wait for the recent w2,then file taxes and upload the tax papers of 2019(it would take her 1 month at least).

OR

2. Should she upload the tax papers for the year 2018, AND 2019 Paystubs?(By this, she can expedite the process and take the latest tax papers till the interview date)

NB: She meets minimum income requirement for CR1 for both years.

USCIS online status shows Case approved on November-01-2019( received Uscis approval notice as well)

However, its been almost 4 weeks and USCIS status has not been changed to case has been sent to Department of State. 

Is it normal ?

So much pain and anguish.

Seems like everyone's visa apps moving right along!! Hopefully those who are waiting would hear the good news soon. A while back I ran into a colleague who is posted in Islamabad. Understand that an exceptional group of extremely dedicated people is working on your files!!

Can you please elaborate it.This process sometimes seems fishy fishy to me. There is no set pattern I have found about the IR1.

I hope whatever you said is true ........ but as far as I see ... nothing is change , 4 years and 5th months in Administrative processing, no objection,

never asked for any additional document, interview was good and as per CO, every thing is fine and you will get your visa one to six months.

Total case duration is 7 years plus....... case is IR1/CR1.........

I have an american born 3 years and 2 moths daughter and she asked her mother many times in a day , baba kab aye gey........

when she talks to me on skype she says baba aap ka visa agaya hay ab ajaoo na ........

first me and wife suffered and now our baby girl suffering due to this administrative processing...........

who will bring back my last 7 years ??? who is answerable for whatever we as a family facing???? due to this visa.

Alhamdulillah I have clear record , they have my number, address come and check about me , my parents ....my family background

come and check each and every thing.......... but please finish this so called pain full "administrative processing".

ISL EMB inquiry came to our house.There was a slight glitch otherwise everything was OK.

My case has not been updated since the inquiry. What does that imply?

We all get the same msg when Chack our status it's a normal msg for every one who going under ap my case creation date is sep 8 2014 and I had my interview on feb13/15 since than I am in Ap and 2 interview in sep every thing was ok thay didn't ask any thing else after 2 interview but still in AP so I am just waiting

I emailed ISL embassy on 5th, Got No Reply As Of Yet, but my status got updated on 17th... Now Is this update an automated one due to my inquiry or its a case work genuine update.

yeah if i say for last 2 years only they updated if some one contacted from us or congressman or senator even

mostly they don't bother to reply.

in last 4 years and 3 months they never asked for any additional document or new medical etc.

the last quickest updates I saw only in November 20th 2013 till December 17, 2013 , around 13 updates and after that it

seems they putted my case in some where in backyard.
