In my interview letter for certain documents there is a status code with F. Which means nvc did not request you to submit this document.

Does it mean that I don't requirement document...

I am so confused as there are many Fs

This means they dont need this document. Nothing else. turn away your face when you see F :-)

Can I schedule biometrics after interview or does this have to be before interview?

It has to be before interview. usually ppl will schedule one or two days before interview.

My Case shows ready. Medical on this Friday, interview on next Thursday.

Hi I use google voice to make calls to nvc, calls are completely free to usa and canada.

nvc will pick up your call to tell that their line is busy. you will lose money each time even-if your call is not connecting, if you call from a paid phone.

I'm planning to use the same for incoming calls from USA, to attend phone interviews from some employers.

Anyone from Mumbai consulate whose appointment got scheduled get the p4 email. I called nvc.. She told she had asked supervisor to look into the issue. I am afraid how many days it will take...

Yes that news is true, me and many of my friends got the p4 email today early morning in India.

Are they asking the original or copy of the interview letter to go for Medical?

Yes, they asked me to bring appointment letter, passport original and a copy, 5 photos of 2x2 size and approx 12000 INR. 2200 for appointment and 10K for vaccination as needed.

My wife is in kerala.. She called directly to the authorized physician hospital/office in Kerala and got an appt. They also mentioned the required documents which are same as the provided instructions by US consulate Mumbai - Use the link below for the instructions:

I'm also from Kerala, did you got the medical appointment without the confirmation letter from nvc, i think we need to bring the confirmation for medicals.

Did they allow you to select a date for the medical or they scheduled it?

yes mine is @ 930 am, did you get any mail?? we need to get the medical exams done asap and we have only 2 weeks.

I dont know the time yet, i didnt receive the email. I'm also waiting for it, only one hospital in my state is conducting medical, that's too busy with people doing medical. I'm going to call nvc today for the email. Did you got the email,?

Just like someone suggested i also checked https://cgifederal.secure.force.com, i didnt check for any appointment but it shows some date on the side.

First Available Appointment Is Monday September 14, 2015.

i got CC in July15^th and still no interview. But somebody got interview date with CC on July 22 for India. How is that possible.?

My god, so many posts in one night, my mobile was sweating when i turned on the data, So happy that you are getting interview dates, atleast nvc is working we know, no date for me, mumbai, CC date July 15...

I finished my call just now, waited in line for 1.5 hours and got disconnected. in between some Lady picked up and asked case no and my name and dob, then again waited for around 1hr.

For your attention, anyone who received a checklist for AOS forms, please note that the forms has been changed. in my case I864A is changed significantly. they will not accept old forms.

07/02/15. (Starting 10/06/15, USCIS will only accept the 07/02/15 edition. Until then, you can use the 03/22/13 edition.) The edition date can be found at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.

your wife, the i864 as sponsor

her mom or dad: one files the i864 as joint sponsor, the other one files the i864A as his or her household member

i've just finished my case complete in nvc, gone through almost similar condition in AOS,

The docs we submitted

1. i864 for my wife,

2. I864A for her father (living in same address)

3. I864A for her mother (living in same address)

and other supporting documents for proving the income,

so far no issues with the forms i've submitted, but got a checklist for a signature that is missing in one of the forms, (i've the xerox of all the docs sent to nvc, in that version sign is present, may be it got erased while posting )

Hi guys even-though i've a cc, i got a checklist for i864A that needs to bring to the interview.

anyone please advice me here. as per my understanding the below mentioned section of i864A is for the sponsor to do(my wife), not the family member.

but in this case they have asked my uncle to name and sign in the sponsor section of i864A

Called NVC yesterday... They said AUG is full so we will try it on Sep, but she currently have no information on scheduling of Sep. Also she didnt tell me if anyone is scheduled for Sep for India.

But we know that dew drops scheduled for sep.

so I not understand how the case complete timetick would even apply to you.

Even i didnt understood when she told me this, i asked 'sorry mam, did you just said my case is complete and checklist documents are still being reviewed?' She said yes sir your case is complete and the documents sent along with the checklist is being reviewed and we are in the process of scheduling the interview' (In My MIND 'Hooowww? ').

she sounded like your case is complete, why you are bothering too much, i want you to hang up as soon as possible
