Medical is California health insurance

MediCal paid the bill even before we could see a financial assistant at the hospital. The total bill was $50,000. We want to pay the bill, but dont know where to start from. Also my visa is expired and don't think I would be given a visitor visa again. So how do I pay when I don't have access to come to the US.

my wife gave birth in the US last year and while re-entering the US for a visit the immigration officers held her in secondary room ,asking her for receipt of payment for the medicals. the officer says next time she comes into the US without the receipt , her visa would be cancelled. we don't have any receipt since medical paid the bill.

what is the chances of her getting a visa renewal and how does she go about getting a receipt of payment?
