I'm working on my timeline now, getting sworn affidavit together. I will be flying over next month to submit the documents. Anything else I should consider submitting?

It appears the consulate is stepping up with the interview paperwork request now. I see now they are requesting new information.

1) Proof of airplane purchase from credit card records or bank account withdraw(Petitioner)

2) Family tree information of beneficiary and petitioner(English translation). In the VN translation, it states only beneficiary. Very confusing.

3) Infamous Timeline(Petitioner).

Has anyone gotten these request? Or any other different request? It would help for those new people to include it in before submitting to USCIS or NVC first. Once it gets submitted on interview date, too late.

Is it required for the petitioner to fill out the family tree? On the blue sheet 221g, it only ask the beneficiary to have it fill out.

My wife was interviewed last night and was given the "blue sheet". We are asked to provide these three additional items. Once you provide these items, how long does it take for the CO to process it and render a decision?

Just received my P4 letter this morning. Looking at the instruction, it says that if your police certificate is over 1 year then you will have to get it updated.

Anyone got scheduled on Sept 10 for interview in October got their P4 letter yet. I have been waiting like 6 days and still nothing yet..

Yeah, I was referring to coffee money for the police certificate if you want them to do it quickly.

CC on April 28th, and still waiting for interview to be schedule, so frustrating with NVC...

A lot of people with HCM consulate are getting schedule. I'm pretty sure you will get your anytime now. I'm surprised that you did not get yours yet. Your CC is close to a month ahead of me..

I guess you will need to pay coffee money to get it expedited.

Oh. Anyone know if we have to bring a new i-864 form with signature or can it be copy of what was sent it to NVC for our interview?

Mine is Oct 6, and i just found out last night...they gave me 3 weeks...does anyone know if we need to redo the police record or is it still good? I called and they said the paperwork should be fine since the NVC OKed it. But they also said they don't know in VN. Anyone?

I wasn't born here in the States. My birth certificate in Vietnam is nowhere to be found. Will the CO accept my US passport as a substitute?

One of the requirement for the interview is the birth certificate. If you don't have a birth certificate, can you provide US passport instead?.

So after a year of waiting ..my wife is finally here and our August Delhi Interview was short ,easy and painless.I cant still believe that she is finally here. Just send an email to "NVCExpedite@state.gov" and state your reason. My reason was waiting too long ..

We all should do the same and see if this will light a fire ..

Just called NVC and was told that still no date scheduled. She said that they are still waiting on Vietnam consulate to send available dates..

So what you are saying is true then if you have 40G you can bring anyone over here to the States regardless of relationship status... I thought this group was busted a couple of years ago..
