Hello Everyone,
My mother visited us back in April for 2 months and now after 5 months she wanted to visit us again for 2 and half months. She has a valid 5 years valid multi entry just wondering if will have any trouble at the port of entry? due to second visit within same year? thank you in advance.
Anyone has any experience?

Hello Everyone, I am a permanent resident and would like to apply visit visa for my parents both retired. My father owns the property but no solid bank statement. I work full time and have good income but no savings. Do I need a bank statement or my last two years tax return, later pay stubs and income letter from the employer will be enough?
Simple question is without bank statement would they be able to get visit visa? They will come on our second baby birth.
If you have any experience, please guide me. Thank you in advance.

Thank you so much I think I feel better now yes so if we apply after April 2018 and her past 5 years does not have any travel outside US more than 2 months.

Hello everyone I have question related to N-400 citizenship application for my wife as we're approaching the timeline but we have few concerns before apply I hope input/advise from other people will help us as we're nervous.
My wife became permanent resident in Feb 2010 through her father who is US citizen she was out of US as per below please advise us that if she will face any problems during application. She is not out of US more than 6 months within last 5 year but she was out of US for more than a year in-between 2010 and 2012 but that time she took the permission from USCIS and they gave her a documents looks like passport and she returned that to office when she came back to US and have no records now. Below is timeline I hope that will help.
1st Entry to US: Feb 2010 and exit June 2010 (Took permission from USCIS and came back in April, 2012 no issue with entry and officer took the permission document from her)
2nd Entered in April 2012 and left in May 2012 after one month but came back within one year on first day of April 2013 so she was out for almost 10 months.
Since April 2013 she is living continuously in US and working regular trip outside like month or so every year now we reached our 5 year timeline but nervous that may have some problem.
Please advise us with your experience if we will have any problem or not since she never been out of US more than one year without permission that may decrease our nervousness.
Thank you everyone in advance.

Hi Everyone, its my second post I had my interview last Thursday 19th March all went very well no major questions whole interview took less than 5 minutes CO was very nice at end told me that visa is approved and you will get your passport within 10 days and he put all my documents together and write approved on file in front of me its exactly 7 working days today that after interview its still under AP. If I read instructions below that it says if visa is approved will be issues in 2 business days but its over 7 business days now.
What should I do contact embassy or wait and how long it could take ? anyone had same experience I review other people comment here who approved and then waited for long to receive passport ?

Medical is all clear no issues apart form Hep B which I am carrier but no medications and per my last discussion with doctor here I am health no issues and may not need medicine only need to check once in 2 years time to keep an eye. During my medical I disclose all information to doctor and he noted this on form as well I think now I am afraid that what will happened in interview will be some questions related to this or no question or delay etc etc I have researched online a lot but didn't find anyone refused because of this,
Please please if somebody have a real experience guide me ?

Citizenship Application N400
in US Citizenship General Discussion

Hello Everyone,
Since I am getting closer to apply for my citizenship I have question if any of can answer I will really appreciate. Recently I moved from one state to another with family I changed with USCIS to new address because that is my permanent address and filed my 2019 tax at the new address. But i was still working in the old state and maintaining a temporary residence there for work during the week stayed there sometimes 5 days or sometimes less but travel to home every weekend. On the N400 form I have to provide all the address i lived within the past 5 years. So i have to put but address during that period or just the permanent one? I really do not know if i have both they may ask how you have two address and how they will determine which one is permanent? any help I will apperciate.
Thank you in advance.
