Hi guys,

Is anyone having this same issue or can someone just shed more lights on this.....I have submitted my form I-751 for removal of condition, I got my extension letter a week after and since then I have not receive my biometric letter appointment. I called USCIS office 3 weeks ago and I was told it has to be over 60days of my submission before anything could be done. And 60days is over now still no mail for my biometric appointment.

Can a US citizen provide an affidavit of Support to another family member if the first family member he supported has not become a citizen yet?

I m so confused and don't really know what to do now.I went for interview with my US C wife on January 20th 2015 the IO told us everything looks fine and that she doesn't have any cause to ask us to come back again or request for more evidence.And right since then I haven't heard anything I ve called several times without any positive change.i even made an infopass couple times still no change.i called today and was transferred to a tier 2 officer she told me that the officer that interviewed us has not make any decisions yet on my case. I was so surprised and doesn't even know what to say after 7 months the officer have not made any decisions. Pls any advice whatsoever will be highly appreciated.

Is the uupdate in the uscis is anything to bank on ? St.paul MN field office processing time is now at July 20th 2014 and I filed my AOS in August 4th 2014 does that mean I should be hopeful to receive a response from the local field office for I485 interview I did on January 20th 2015? I m adjusting from F1 visa. I already prepared the documents for the renewal of my EAD/AP.I had also made an infopass appointment for 27th May 2015.

I tried to make an infopass but the system says "At this time there are no information appointments available for the office in your area.Please try back again later.I guess it's because it has not been 120 days after my interview. I will try again after May 20th 2015 and also I m preparing to send my I-765 form for renewal.

Pls what do you mean by my case was one of those that fall underneath the Crack after interview? Pls kindly explain to me in a plain language.Thanks

It will be 120 days on May 20th 2015 since I attended the interview everything was fine and the Interviewing officer even to me and my wife that there s no need to call me for another interview.

Pls i really want to ask if there s a problem or there s nothing to worry about concerning my I-130,i filed since Aug.4 2014,went for interview with my wife on January 20th 2015 at Bloomington St.Paul MN and my I-485 still pending too.Are they going to be treated at the same time ?

I m about to renew my EAD I didn't not apply for I-131/AP earlier can I apply for it now? Thanks

I didn't file for I-131 when I file for my AOS.Now that I m planning to renew my EAD can I file for I-131/AP now although I don't have intention of traveling out of US but in case of emergency. Please I need your advice. Thanks.
