Hi Everyone
My spouse case number is listed as can be processed through electronic. The NVC asked me to submit (I-864 and police certificate) through email at nvcelectronic@state.gov . Do I scan each page of I-864 or just the signature page and include the other PDF file with it?
Also, How long does NVC takes to review the documents and reply? I have seen 30 days in several blogs. Is that how long it takes them to send the file to embassy?
I have already paid AOS FEE, IV FEE and completed the Form DS- 260.
Thank you all in advance.

It may take 60 days of review period just like any other cases. Just my opinion

It should get up-graded once the internal process
inputs it in database, but no one can really
say how long...just keep checking in with NVC ask
for a 2nd teir officer after 20 days
Thanks, It will be 2 weeks this Thursday. When I had called the customer service representative told me it may take upto 60 days for the petition to be current. I dont know why it would take 60 days.

My petition was approved on Feb 22 and transferred to NVC. I had filed petition as a permanent resident but since Mar 19, I am a citizen. I called NVC and they gave me a case number and Invoice number. I tried putting them in ceac website and it says one of the number is incorrect. Also, I had send NVC an email on @asknvc to change the status of petitioner and have not heard anything since than. I mailed them the copy of my citizenship certificate on Monday and UPS delivered it on Tuesday. How long would NVC takes to make the petition current and what are the steps ahead?. Will calling next week help?

Do the USCIS case status states shipped after they sent it to NVC. mine was approved on Feb 22 and it still says approved. Have not seen anything change in the status for almost a month.

They need the case before they can do anything... i may be wrong about the needing a case number however. I'm not sure as it's not an issue I've had to deal with.
Thanks Spousewaitingvisa and Ashleyslots for the information. I will send NVC the naturalization certificate and go from there. It seems like a never ending process in this broken immigration system.
I went through the visa journey threads and did not see a case like this. Like NLR said calling National Visa Center and finding out if the case has been received may be a good idea. I think Ciroc80 and his beneficiary will start getting mails from NVC after the case becomes current. NVC need to receive the Copy of naturalization first.

You have to wait for them to get the case and assign a case number first. Also send them a photocopy, not the original.
Do NVC assigns case number without the case being current? So far I am understanding from Ciroc80 is he filed for petition in Permanent residence status. NVC is supposed to hold the case until the cutoff date with visa Bulletin.

My friend October applicaton is approved from Nebraska Service Center. I guess some cases be quicker. His approval was less than 4 months.

Like spouse waiting visa said, I would also recommend you to send a copy of Naturalization certificate and copy of I-797(approval from USCIS) TO NVC and start calling them when you would be able to start processing and AOS.

To me your situation looks like that you have to send naturalization certificate which will make your petition current. Even though USCIS approved your petition as a permanent residence, your case will be in NVC until the cut off date as of beneficiary country per visa bulletin. I would recomend you to send your Naturalization Certificate to NVC , ONCE YOU HAVE IT AND START CALLING. NVC is slow but you can bug them. My husband case was here in 45 days after USCIS I-130 approval. I used to call them everyday.
