i wish you all goodluck in your process, iam from morocco and i entred on a k3 visa, now as i want to adjust my status they asked about medical examinations, and i have alredy done this for my interview in morocco but i don't have any paper to prove that, can you please help me what yto do, should i just call the doctor to fax me the check form, or do i have to take examinations again here , how much it will cost me for new examination

i just want to know how much is the POE is important, i'm just confused wether enter from JFK or Portland, i prefer portland cause the trip will be easy there won't be much stops.

a certified copy of their marriage certificate means the one in arabic, and they didn't even ask me about it in the interview , the officer didn't ask about it, actually i had it certified from the ministre of foreign affairs and from the wilaya of agadir . they don't ask about this in casablanca but i just did it incase they want to find out it wasn't a fraude document.

i've been worried too, but all they ask you about is your age and your husband's , how did you meet each other, where does he live , when did you have marriage , and they will ask you about wedding pics , emails and letters. they don't ask about evidence of support anymore .

i will be leaving around the first and the 3rd november inchaallah.

is it necessary to enter from JFK? or i can enter from any port

i wish you goodluck in your interview, i want to tell you don't have to worry , most women passed interview when i was at the consulate did it with success and the cnsulate called them the next day, i guess only men that get an AP/AR,

for the forms i didn't use the ones consulate sent me, cause i didn't want to fill them with handwritind so i download them from the consulate website and make sure you won't forget any question, and there are example forms in visajourney that can help you alot.

i just got my k3 visa 3 days ago, and my wife got the affidavid form for our I-130 process, i'm just confused about what we should do, i don't know anything about this ,

and i don't know when i should start AOS when i arrive to the states,

what are next steps i should do as i got my k3 visa now,

one more question : is there is special POE , i heard that people choose JFK cause they get a temporary work permit.

i just want to tell everybody that i got my k3 visa yesterday from casablanca consulate , it took only one week after the interview date.

i just have other questions to ask, if you can help me please, my wife got the affidavit of support from NVC for the I-130, so do we still need to continue our I-130 ,i'm just confused.

i guess most of you know how much i was worried about my interview last week and after getting 221g section,

i have good news for you, the consulate in casa called me today so i can get my visa tomorrow. only one week after my interview

i wish goodluck for those waiting for their AP and those who are going to have their interview soon, and i tell them everything will be fine you just need to be selfconfident.

i'm just confused cause they didn't take my passport,

i just learnt that the interview depends on the consulate officer, the one who interviewed me was a blonde american.

i had my interview for k3 visa this morning, and i don't know if it was okay or not, i answered all questions that the lady asked me and showed her everthing, pics, letters, emails .

but at the end she gave me my passport and a paper and told me we are goin to call you in about 1 to 2 weeks , the papers say:

* this office regrets to inform you that it is unable to issue a visa to you because you have been found ineligible to receive a visa under the following section of the immigration and nationality act. the infor mation contained in the paragraph marked with X pertain to your visa application. please diregard the unmarked paragraphs.

the marked section is:

section 221(g) which prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued persuant thereto.

i don't know if i success or not , i hope you can help me i'm worried , cause there was one moroccan lady that got his k3 visa they told her to come tomorrow and why they told me we are going to call you later.

thank you so much for your help, the letter that NVC sent her contain a different number than the case number ,it doesn't start with MSC, may that's the visa number,

i know ,her dad will be a cosponser, but even with a cosponsor she will need a job,am i right? we just confused

my wife got a letter from NVC today with a different case number , was that a mistake ?

we also have a problem ,which is that my wife don't have a job at the moment ; will this be a problem when filing I-134 form, is it necessary to have employment letter and paycheck stubs?

goodluck for all of you, our k3 was approved on 27/07 and i was to ask about police certificate; i was living in marrakech, agadir and tiznit, do i need to get police certicate from all those cities or only one from the city i live in at the moment is enough to show with my paper works ,

it was the k3 wich is approved, so you say that k3's cannot get a cosponsor ?;

we have a problem here and iwe don't know what we should do, my wife lost her job ,and she is looking for another one, but she can't find any, do you think having a job is very iimportant to fine sponsoringship papers,

is there any option to do besides the cosponsor

i wish you all goodluck in your process, i know we all need patience and patience ..., it's not really fair when it only take 6 weeks in europe and at least 6 months in US,

me and my wife have a problem, our K3 will get approved soon, and she just lost her job, she was working for 2 years with the US post office, and her contract end on the 5th july, as she is now looking for a job and i don't know if she will get one soon, i'm asking what should we do about sponsorship papers, is it very important to have a work letter, or a cosponsor is enough , we are just nervous and stressed about this.

my wife got the I-130 form returned back for the 2nd time , the fuirst time because she misses my name and address in arabic and this they they only said incomplete petition, and they didn't mention what thing is missed;, and she doesn't know anything about the missing part, it's just getting frustrated. we wasted already 2 mounths , do we need to get a lawyer or what,

Your wife has received the petition back again already or is she waiting on it? If she has it already.....are you saying that they gave no reason this time for its return to her? Strange

yeah she already got the papers, and this time they didn't say which part is missed they only said incomplete petition and i'm sure we didn't miss anything, we followed all instruction the only thing we forgot was my name and address in arabic and we gor an RFE for that befor and we returned the petion back ,and this time they didn't tell us what's wrong, it's just making us upset .

i have a question here and hope to find some help from you:

my wife sent I-130 to nebraska a month ago, and last week she got a letter from calefornia service center , this letter says forms incomplete because she didn't write my name name and address in arabic.

is this a RFE. and why they don't ask most of people about their names and addresses in their nativ alphabet?

she sent back the forms with both name and address in arabic last thursday to california service this time, how long in your opinion it would take to get our NOA1? we just wanted to start k3 process as soon as possible.

i just want to ask why my wife didn't get any answer from the uscis center service(nebraska); she sent the I130 form on the 22nd february, and i'm just worried , cause ive seen some members timeline and most of them gets the NOA1 in 2 weeks maximum.
