Thank you. I just dropped him off at the airport he's been here all week. He visits roughly every 3 months. Not personal at all and I will be as detailed as possible with my medical and interview when the time comes just look out for it. All the best with your journey.

Hi all my lawyer informed me that I got a Dec 21st interview at the Kingston Embassy. So happy!!!! Jamaica peeps hang in there. CC: 09.03.15

Hey recently got a cc also and of course just like you with the interview looming I'm a little worried. But I have been using my time to just go over what is needed for the interview and when I see denials I just whisper a prayer keep my faith up trusting that God will see me through. Just focus on the positives so many approvals despite the denials, speak that into your situation and you will be good.

Congrats to you , iam sept 30 filer , was a conditional green card holder earlier , had to leave US because of some issues and could not get my card renewed.

That is why my spouse had to again file i130 for me.

Hope my approval is coming soon and refiling doesnt cause any further delays and issues

So happy. My I-130 was approved today. PD october 3rd 2014. Wishing u guys get ur approval soon. 5 months and 21 days in USCIS. FINALLY WE DID :D
