I was able to get a hold of the NVC people today and got told that they will email me the IV fee bill, but i still dont have it in my email. They said they would generate it today. I kept waiting and waiting and i kept refreshing my mails.

I've decided to just pay my IV fee by mail, but I never got an IV fee bill. I already emailed the NVC about my concerns on this matter.

Does anyone know how long would it take them to mail me my IV fee bill?

I also tried calling the NVC about this but the phone line is always busy. (603-334-0700). That's the phone line that i've been calling and there's absolutely no luck.

I have paid the AOS fee on january of this year. And im stuck on finding a way to pay for the IV fee.

im petitioning my wife from the philippines and i'm on the part i have to pay the IV fee. my concern is that there is no option for me to pay online. I can't click in the pay now button. Please give me some helpful advice on this.
