i have the same frustrati0n.. d0cs sent march 2014 and c0mpleted ds260 april 8, 2014.. up t0 this time, everytime we call nvc they say it wasn't reviewed yet.. is there anything we can d0 0n this matter?..

Hey i dont think service center plays any role after the case is transferred to NVC , yes mine was processed at vermont service center, but now thr case is at NVC.

i think there is.. there are a l0t 0f verm0nt filers compared t0 other service centers.. as y0u can see m0st 0f the sept filers already have there interview date.. in 0ur case, they keep 0n saying that they haven't reviewed 0ur d0cs yet.. y0u've been waiting f0r 60 days n0w.. compared t0 the other service centers that they only waited f0r a couple 0f weeks.. 0r even case c0mplete 2014 and just waiting f0r the visa bulletin t0 be current.. currently we are still 0n the waiting process 0f 0ur case t0 be completed.. considering 0ur pri0rity date will be current this june.. just saying..

you should definitely call NVC and make some noise asap - especially now that your PD is current.

don't let them sit on your case like that.

You should call nvc and ask about your case so that they will review ur case asap and they will sched you for interview

PD Sep. 24, 2013.. philippines.. status -- waiting (its killing me!..).. paid the AOS, Feb. 27, 2015, and submitted affidavit of support docs, March 10, 2015, but until now can't access the DS-260 and pay the IV fee because NVC says that the DS-261 is not yet in their system, so they cant review it over the phone, even though we already filled it up and generated last Mar 1, 2015.. The representative say that it takes 42 days and keep on telling us to follow up it up every week.. can't bear the agony of waiting.. we'll update as s00n as their are any m0vement.. praying and h0ping f0r a g00d news!.. thanks!..

Look like all August fillers already got their IL in this month because their cases were completed long time ago. I am not sure about early September fillers whether they are able get their IL in this month also. Please update here so we can guess about VB May.

I am in the same situation like you. My wife Called to NVC, and they told her, we should wait for 42 business days before IV be send us and pay it. so while we wait, She sent financial evidence and IV docs last March 10th and even we aren´t reply from them.

How many days do we have wait to received Acepted email?

we sent financial d0cs and IV d0cs last March 10 via UPS.. they emailed us March 16 that they have received 0ur d0cs March 12..

re IV fee, we called NVC and t0ld us t0 call again next week, f0r the ds-261 we filled up was n0t yet sent t0 them.. as s00n as they have received and reviewed it, the IV fee will then be available f0r payment..

i suggest y0u call NVC and ask why y0u can't access the payment f0r IV.. chances are that they have y0ur ds-261, review it immediately s0 that the IV fee will n0w be accessible f0r y0u..
