emails are one of the main proofs of ongoing relationship that are required on the interview day . however,i don t know whether i should show all the emails that we have or all of them ??? also do i have to bring the emails that my fiance sent me and the ones that i sent her ??? or just the one i recieved ???

i did bring everything that was proof in our relationship for sure like emails, i print too our chattings, letter i send my fiancee through postal and other more, but the only ask me was affidivate of support, income tax return 2006 and photos.

I received NOA1 dated 8/7/06. Today I received an email from CSC stating my case has been approved on 9/20/06! That's amazing!!

, it's realy too fast cause our petiton was filed 3/3/06 and approved 3/27/06 and i got my packet for interview June 1st week and my interview was August 16, 2006 and I recieved my visa August 23, 2006.

Do you mean Visa or Petition?

K1 Visa is 6 months before entry into the USA, then 90 days after entry.

Petition (NOA2) is valid for 4 months, but the consulate can extend it another 4 months if they cannot schedule a visa interview before the 4 months stated on the approved petition.

ours not takes too long cause we wait only 2 months and 1 week b4 i recieved my packet for interview, i know soon your fiancee we're recieve too.

I am sure that this has been answered somewhere else and I have just missed it, but does anyone know if they allow the person getting the examination at St. Luke's to bring someone along with them? It is a long day of hurry up and wait so my fiancee is looking to bring her sister with her.

I know this may sound silly to some.... but we wanted to check everyone's experience and not make any assumptions....

Janice received the visa packet... but everything, including her passport is sealed in a plastic envelope marked in big letters with a warning... but she needs her passport stamped by the CFO office and she needs it to board the plane, leave Manila.... is it ok to open the outer envelope to get the passport?

there is a larger clear envelope with the passport, warning paper, and another envelope inside addressed to the foreign service of the us

Hello. My Fiance received her K-1 visa so i purchsed a ticket from oribz.com and ask the agent to be sure to add Philippnes Taxes. Well she failed to do so. Not knowing this erro i sent ticket by Fedx to her in Philippines. She ask airlines if ticket was good and they said yes but not for her cuz Philippines Taxes not payed. Is there away to pay the Taxes so she can use theses tickets? By the way Oribz.com would not help me in correcting their mistake and i still on hold with them after 3 days. Hello, When i put our I-129f petetion together i punched 2 holes in top of papers as instructed in perparing petetion guide lines. Everything went well and we have our interview Aug 16. I sent my GF the same petetion Packet as I sent to Vermont Office as I read I should do. Problem is will holes in top of papers be a problem for her at embassy in Manila? ty for your help

We have a interview Aug 28th ,I own my own biz and I put in for a extension on my taxes this year anyway do I just bring in the last 3 years of income taxes that my accountant gave me or is there some certified copy thing I neeed to do?

i call the embassy and received our interview date, but we are still waiting for packet. Sometimes it takes awhile to receive packet and if you don't recieve it the operator at embassy will instruct you on what to do. Pls don,t worry it will all work out for you. Shiela and Bruno

My GF and I where talking with what we thought was another couple who file a K-1 . Doing our chat they asked us what our MNL number was. Is that something we should give out? Is that our case number?
