Yap, Oluandulo cr1. My husband lived with me here in Philippines. What is your estimate response time to receive NOA2.
My wife and I just finished this process, and if there are no problems it will go very quick. We recieved our approval (NOA2) in just over three weeks and had her visa in hand in 56 days. If you are willing to push the system and hussel when u get your MNL number you can be done and ready to go to the US in as little as
two months. Good luck and Gods speed.

Ok, I guess we should be getting a packet 3 thru the PhilPost soon then, already received the email packet 3 instructions...
If you have your MNL case number then you can start the process, no need to wait on the hard copy. If you have all the required items as specified in packet three you can call and set up your interview date. You need to have ur medical done before the interview. Also make sure and do the DS-260 and print out the confirmation page as you will need this at the embassy. Preregistation for the medical will save you time there also. Good luck.

Hello we got ours too. And we're not sure how to schedule for medical can anyone help us with our little probkem like what's nexr and which website to go to for scheduling.
we are approved with I-130, we got our case number as well.
thanks in advance
Congrates first. Now in the list of stuff that you need to gather there is a phone number for the embassy call center, call and there you can set up your interview. There is also a web site where you need to go to do your DS-260 first before calling. Also be sure to pre register with St Lukes Medical center online as it will expidite your time there. Make sure you have all the documents that are required for the interview as well as the medical pac from St Lukes when you go for your interview. Good luck your almost there.

That is not fast for a DCF case. It's about average.
Less the spouse status, more the DCF filing. Skips the NVC step entirely.
Yes you are right it was a DCF case as I stated and anyone that files this way can expect the same if they do the paper work right and there are no problems with the medical. Good luck to everyone as we are finalizing our plans to head to the US.

It has been a quick and happy process. Just one day short of 2 months from filing to visa in hand.Just so every one knows that it will happen and quickly once you start the DCF process. barring unforseen problems it wont take long just pay attention to details and follow directions as they are given and keep the process going. Good luck to all that are still in the process and God bless us all.

Now that you have ur mnl number you can schedule your medical and interview appt. Dont forget to do the online DS-260 and the preregister with St Lukes. You are nearing the end of your process, Gods speed and good luck.

does anyone know how long it takes for the visa to be printed and shipped to Cebu?

We passed the interview yesterday so I just have one more question, when and how do I pay the $165 green card fee? Due to a slight problem I failed to ask them at the embassy before we left.

Just to let everyone know our interview was approved yesterday. I wish every one else in this process Gods speed.

Where will I get my MNL case number?? Do I need to call to get it or should I wait for the packet from embassy to arrive in the mail???
What day was your petition approved. After about a week I would start calling or emailing them to get your mnl number cause once you have that you can schedule your interview and medical. They should email it to you shortly after the approval alone with all instruction which you can also get on the internet and you can start to get the things together that you will need like NBI and NSO birth and marrage cetificates. Best wishes and Gods speed to your journey.

Thanks manilaraf. How can i proceed with the process when i do not receive anything in the mail. Thanks
If I were you I would contact the call center and try to get your manila number because as soon as you have that you can do your medical and apply for an interview. We are scheduled for our interview next week and I have yet to get anything in the mail and only an email with our mnl number. I assume you are filing DCF in manila. Good luck but dont just sit and wait for a letter that may never come.

We are having our interview the 15th of april and just wondering if there are any more fees to pay after the $330 interview fee and the $165 fee for whatever. Hopefully this is all over soon.

Give it about a week and then if you havent heard anything start contacting them and requesting the number.

Maybe they are closed for the holiday but keep trying till you get thru cause most likely you are approved if its been 30 days. Dont give up cause they are usually pretty quick. Also keep a check on nyour email for any responce. It took our app almost 30 days to be approved but I just kept callind and on the 25 we found out we were approved on the 19 the day after my last call and we got our MNL number that week and proceeded to call for an interview appontment which is the 15 of April. Good luck and keep calling till you get thru and get a decision.

We filed DCF Manila on Febuary 20, 2015 and she was approved on March 19,2015. I found this out by calling. She had her medical the 3o and 31 of march and her interview is the 15 of April 2015. I have yet to get anything stating she has been approved other then her MNL number with the attached instructions. So dont sit around and wait give them a call at least once a week till you know something.
whats next upon submitting cr1 application

We recieved our manila number about a week after the petiton was approved. It took almost a month before we were able to apply for our interview date and go for our medical. You can see maney timelines for DCF on this web site.
