Im distraught, my wife (the citizen) told me last week that she has been cheating on me (twice) and wants to separate. we made a life here in the last two years, got a dog and now she has thrown this at me. Personally I want to make the marriage work, I love her and have told her that we can work through this, but she wants to go with the other guy that she is seeing now.
I don't know what to do, I am supposed to be removing conditions of my initial two year green card in June, I have a good job that I love and our dog here, if we separate can I still file for my extension with out her or will I now have to return home?
