Anybody know how to change embassy for the inteview.. My brother case recently transferred to NVC and he got letter to start a process like choose an agent and all but the time my mom applied for him , he was in different country but he got a work visa in middle east and works there so he moved. can anyone tell how to change his embassy?

Secondly, i have another question, for police certificate, does my mom needs to submit his police certificate for the country he is living now or the national country as well?

NVC asked me to have a joint sponser for the case i filed for my husband and submit i 864 from co sponserand send it to intending immigrant to submit it during interview. I want to know that if i get a job that match required minimum income and assets by the time of interview, will i still need a co sponser?

Secondly, NVC asked me to send entirely new AOS form again as according to them some information was missing or incorrect. By the time i applied AOS first time i was unemployed but currently i am working but my income is less then required income. So will it be any way at the time of interview to show asset and income of my own instead of showing co sponser as required by NVC?

I just received a check list from NVC for financial documents i submitted for the i 130 case i filed for my husband. NVC asked me to submit a new AOS form and my income proofs because when i submitted AOS form first, i was unemployed.

I need to know one thing, am i suppose to send all documents again with new i 864 form or only submit documents that are asked by NVC?

P.S NVC only mentioned to submit new i 864 and employment proofs in checklist. But i am confuse as it will be new I 864.

Oh alright.forget to mention, if you guys made any specific arrangements that it also gonna work.. like receipts of anything you planned for your wedding... rings receipts etc..

Anything can prove your relation n your intent to marry like tickets, photo stamps, event tickets or any receipts or anything you guys did jointly can be a proof .. ..Secondly, You can send out print outs of screen shots of your chat/skype/emails. Call logs are a plus..

oh you meant invoice of IV. i thought you are asking about how long it took for me to open up for me after nvc invoice email... After aos fee, it took nearly a month for IV invoice. And even after iv invoice email, it took 30 to 45 mins more as it was not showing up in a website ...

How long took for your IV fee to be invoiced?

For me, it took half an hour i guess
