well in the letter it said without an interview i need to wait max 6 months from now......

It means that you may not have an interview and will be approved without one. It is a somewhat standard letter and they may still

give you an interview 50/50 chance. With an interview approvals are faster, without interview it can take 12-14+ months for you to receive

the GC.

hello every one, today i got a mail from uscis about my i485 case, the mail was about a notice of potential interview waiver case, they also said that i might not need an interview to complete my case,

So I got the approval notice from uscis (noa2) for the ead/ap but i havent received the actual card yet. How long does it usually take to get the card in the mail after the noa2? Thank you!!!

I filed for the AOS and EAD on 4/17 and got my biometrics done on 5/19. I still haven't heard anything about my EAD but it seems it's just a matter of waiting ...

they sent me first the approvel notice then after a week i got my card, i just applied for the work visa not the advance parole

According to a number of people I have spoken to....they have just received their EAD without receiving an approval letter, email or text.

i did mine on april 17th, biometric done on may 13th

yesterday i got my EAD card, so now im able to work, i applied for it on april 1oth, so for all the people who applied for EAD on the beginign of april you should get it very soon, good luck for you all

I got my EAD approval notice yesterday in mail 6/29/15, but was shipped to me on June 24th/15

i did my biomertric a day before yours, and last week i got a mail told me that my EAD was approved, so hopefully you will recieve your approve notice this week, good luck

Welcome, Thokozile! I did my biometrics a week before you. It's good that they already received the RFE. I don't have my EAD approval yet, but I'm hoping for the approval either next week or 2nd week of July. The faster that it will be here, the better.

today and after waiting for longtime, i found in the mail box a letter from the uscis, i opened it and it was EAD approval notice, im so happy, finnally i got it

by the way i checked my status on line and it still the same, so if any one of you still has the same status on line every day dont believe it, the usics dont change the status all the time lol

You will have a decision latest July I would expect by June for your green card interview or waiver Congrats!

i did my biometric couple weeks ago, waiting for the EAD is really hard, i wiash they hurry on these EAD, dont you all agree with me that waiting for EAD is so hard!!!!!!!!

dont be worry, every case is diferent, in my case for example i waited 4 months after the nvc forwarded my case to the embassy, and they contacted me via email, at the end they will contact your fiance, all what you can do is try to email the embassy and try to call them, good luck

its just said your case is ready, you still need to wait for an email from the embassy for the interview, for me the embassy scheduled the interview for me, so im guessing you need to wait for your interview appointement

i had my biometric done today too, it was easy they just took my finger print and one photo, thats all, they told me to wait for my EAD now, hope it wont take long time

Hello everyone. Today I went and successfully did walk in biometrics at the Philadelphia ASC. No questions asked and they didn't even check the date on my appointment notice. I got there around 1p.m. and there weren't that many people.

its not a good thing to leave usa before getteing the green card or even before getting the advance parole, if you gonna leave without getting your advance parole you will not be able to re enter again to the usa, you need to apply for a spouse visa and this will take long time, you need to get your advance parole first and then leave

you will have have to take your bith certificate with you and make a translated copy, you will need a copy of your birth ertificate and a copy of the translate birth certificate, you will go through customs in the first american airport you gonna be in, so if miami airport is the first american airport you gonna be next week so yes you gonna go through customs, and it wont take lots of time, mine was in atlanta airport took me like one hour, when you will give the package to the customs in miami they will keep it, so you wont take it back, make sure to take your medical exam copy you will need it for your AOS, you need to be patience when you do the AOS, its need lots of time, i mean really lots of time, at least 6 or 7 months, so congrats again and good luck for your trip

i sent my package for the AOS last month, but i forgot to send the i94, yesterday i received a mail from uscis asking me to submit a new form of i 864, because i sent the another form of affidavit of support

my queston is, should i send the i 94 also, or i should just send what they asked me to send i mean the i 864
