U r right saballico. I am sure there are many other early filers still stuck with NVC even though our priority date is current. I pray for everyone whose process is being delayed due to one or other reasons. Hope it goes smoothly now...

I thought it was only me with very delay on the process. I 've seen people with PD in NOV receiving them IL. I am happy for them but is very frustrating that they are very delay on our process... Lets keep in touch and updating. Good luck for you.

I have got a checklist about a police certificate, and after sending the police cert I got a CC in around 30 days.. So maybe it won't be that long.. I'm so sorry for you. I know how annoyed I was when I got a checklist because of stupid police cert, and then waiting and couldn't understand how reviewing ONE piece of paper can take that long.. You just have to be strong, and remember it's almost the end of that long way

F2A - my PD is 30Sep2013. My case still not completed. I am very disappointed. My stupid attorney took one month to send the Check list to NVC, we received the email from NVC requesting the check list on May 7 and she sent for then on Jun 2. She lied to me and gave a lots of excuses why she sent last week. Anyway, someone have any idea how long it take for the cc and il? I am very anxious. Any information is very appreciate. good luck all.

Hey, am also on the same boat. F2A - priority date 27th Sep 2013. Case still not completed. After 90 days of submitting the documents, when I called NVC yesterday about my case , they said they are getting ready to send me a checklist about police certificate. I didn't get any checklist till now. Now I am getting ready to wait for another 60-90 days for them to review my Police Certificate and get my case completed. This process has definitely taught patience.

Wow , this is so wierd , oct nov filers have already got IL and i am still waiting for my case complete , though my priority date is 27 sep 2013.. Whats going on guys ? Am i the only unlucky one or are there any filers left from september?

Was there a delay in any processes along the way? Mine was that i stayed in nepal for 7 mths after my case was ready to be processed.

No there were n't any issue. I didn't even get any checklist. I was in Nepal for a month but that time my NVC process hadn't even started. I don't know whats going on. People with Oct filers have already got their Interview Letters. I think I am just Unlucky. My case is still not completed. Priority date 27th Sep 2013. I can't do anything except being patience.

I know johnny, i call them like everyday . They said because they had some problem with their website , my ds260 has not been reviewed it. They asked me to wait another 42 days just to get my ds260 to be reviewed. My case has already been eacalated , but supervisor also doesnt seem to be helping me.

I called in again, my case hasnot been completed yet, priority date Sep 27 2013. The lady said the DS260 hasnot been reviewed yet and its been escalated to supervisor to review which will take 42 days. She cant tell why its taking this long. What should I do? Is there any alternative here guys? I know all september filers are case completed and most of Oct , Nov and Dec too. Why is mine stuck even though i didnt have any checklist. :-(

I called in again, they just said - the DS260 is not being reviewed and its under supervisor review , supervisor will review it within 42 days.

I didnt get checklist but my case is still under supervisor review. Its been 80 days now since my scan date.

Did you get an IL, if no when do you intend to call NVC, am hoping scheduling starts next week, good luck with the rest of the process. Cheers.
