(i didnt have the medicals sent before as k1 applicants didnt need it.i got letter in dec asking for my medicals to be done)

february 2006 MEDICALS REPORT SENT

MARCH 31 APPROVED WITHOUT AN INTERVIEW NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND RECIVED MAIL BY NOON THE SAME DAY

BY NOON I GOT THE CONGRATULATIONS LETTER FROM THE INS.AND ITS WRITTEN I WILL BE GETTING MY GREEN CARD WITHIN 3 WEEKS.I CANT BELIEVE THIS.IAM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY

i didnt have applied for EAD OR AP

today via e mail i got information that my aos case is approved.what does this mean?so when will i get an interview date?

I think what you meant was an emergency ap? From what I have read, you will need to schedule an infopass appointment, and you will need to bring proof of why it is an emergency. Someone on here I'm sure will tell you more about the procedure.

do any one know how to take an emergency visa as i need to travel for a week very urgently out of usa.my aos is in process and my case is transferred to a local office.iam waiting for my interview date.i need to travel in july and i do hope i get an interview date and get my green card by june end.but for safer side, how to get an emergency visa and what are the procedures for i.how long will it take for an emergency visa

I suggest that you file for your AP as soon as you can. The faster you get it in USCIS' hands, the quicker they can come to a response.

I don't know if having your biometrics done will make this faster than normal. The process usually takes 30 to 90 days but there are always possibilities for delay. If you stay "on time", it may arrive by July. But it may not, it's far too difficult to guess.

YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IWTH YOUR NEAREST OFFICE.IF THEY DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TRY TO GET THE next office which is nearest for you.you need to take your pasport, then the letter from thr uscis.my biometrics was in last october.further more information, i can recollect and write to u

If you have been approved at AOS interview you cant get advanced parole.... you have to have either the Greencard or the I-551 stamp and a valid passport....

You will have to renew your passport to travel any where out of the USA, ......I'm sure there will be a way to do that from within the US!!, maybe you should ask in the regional forum for your country, Good Luck

You have to renew your passport... however, you can travel outside the US while waitng for your green card IF you have an advanced parole. That is the only way to do it while you still don't have your green card. You should have applied for it during your green card application.
