I filed my 129-F and received my receipt on June 12, 2006. I haven't heard anything after that. How long should this take to get to the next step? This seems like it's taking too long, and I can't get any information from the immigration service.

I just completed the 129F and the 325-A. They both requested the home address of my fiancee but not her mailing address. How do they know where to mail her package too? Do they assume that her home address is where she can receive mail? If this is the case, how do I inform them of her correct mailing address?

Should I just put her mailing address where they request her home address?

I intended to apply for a K-1 Visa for my fiancee, but she wants to apply for a B-2 visa also. Is it possible to apply for both visas?

Is it possible to get married while she is in the USA on a B-2 visa, then adjust status?

In regards to the,

"Declaration of how you met in person in the last two years. This should be a single typed page regarding question 19 of the I-129F."

How long and detailed does this have to be? Can I just state the simple facts? " We met at the beach in Taboga where we spent the day and had lunch on the Island." I can fit this on the I-129F without a continuation page.

Or do I need to go into details of the whole day? What are they looking for?

I just began working on my K-1 packet and I'm already stuck. The Fiancé Letter of Intent, begins by asking where the NAME OF COUNTRY WHERE EMBASSY IS LOCATED, and then requests the address. Are they referring to the Embassy in Panama where my Fiance in located? Will this be the same address for her and for me?
