  1. I think that means your I129F expires April 8th, not your visa, I believe you have 6 months to enter the US from the date the visa was issued, then 90 days to marry once you have entered the US, someone correct me if I am wrong....

    Ok. so since we already have our visa, it doesn't matter if our I129F expires. Am I right?

    Yep, it does not matter. It really doesn't matter if it expires before you get the visa because it is up to the Embassy to renew it because they did not give you an interview date before it expires. You should be fine :)

  3. My fiance and I are looking for a little help. He is in Cameroon. His Visa was approved Tuesday. THANK GOD!!!! We will be married soon. However, he stated that our Petition expires on April 8th. What does this mean. Does it mean we have to be married before this date? That he has to be in the US by this date? Or just that is the end of the time he had to get a Visa?

    I appreciate someone's clarification on this.
