for the K1 visa, does the marriage have to just take place within 90 days of her arrival, or do I have to have the wedding certificate back from the State within the 90 days?

I wanted to see if anyone could provide some advice on what evidence I should send to support the following RFE:
PROOF OF INTENT TO MARRY (NEW I-129F FILING INSTRUCTIONS)
You must submit evidence that you and the beneficiary intend to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's entry to the United States as a K-1.Evidence may include, but is not limited to, copies of correspondence between you and the beneficiary discussing wedding plans, evidence of wedding
plans such as announcements, plans made to reserve a venue for the wedding, or any other evidence of
your intent to marry one another, including, for example, an original statement from the beneficiary establishing his or her intent to marry you within 90 days of his or her admission to the United States.
I included signed letters of intent for each of us in the original submission. Do I need to resend an additional letter from each of us with a more recent date? We are at the TSC so have been waiting for 6 months - we knew it would be a long wait and havent started planning the wedding because we dont know when she will be here (it doesnt make sense to plan a wedding without a date). I have a few texts that mention "wedding" or "marry", however we have mostly discussed it face-to-face over Skype so I dont have a lot of evidence.
I just want to make sure I provide enough info to ensure they have what they need, so any advice or ideas is extremely appreciated.
Thanks for your help!
