TSC received my RFE documents on May 6 and I received noa2 approval on May 20th. Missing letter of intent was The reason for The RFE.

don't they tell you- you will receive response by July 19. I think this is pretty straightforward.

they give you 60 days- this is how long you should prepare yourself to wait. If it happens faster, then consider yourself lucky.

How long after they received your RFE normally TSC process K1 any clues guys?

Our Texas Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by July 19, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Use the above, no notary required at all.

And remember this, your case is now being looked at, so once they receive and file what they need you'll get your approval!

i have a RFE asking me to fillout two g325a one for me and one for the beneficiary

on my RFE notice had A#: A--------(9digits) is that the file number?

there are two A number on G325A ,one on top right file number start with letter A

bottom of the form say alien registration number start with letter A too, i have my own Alien number which is i"ll enter at the bottom

how about on the top file number?

should the beneficiary enter the A number on the RFE notice?

this is so confuse guys please help,!!!!

Evidence may include , but is not limited to ,copies of correspondence between you and the beneficiary. discussing wedding plan evidence of wedding plan such as announcements ,plans made to reserve a venue for the wedding . or any other evidence of your intend to marry one another, including, for example, an original statement from the beneficiary establishing her intend to marry you within 90 days of her admission to the US.

is that the letter of intend to marry is ok guys? i dont know how to write that letter please help me
